Our Story
We met in 2022, thrown into the deep end on a complex, high-stakes project together. It was the largest of both of our careers—and we found a rhythm. A partnership formed built on trust, shared instincts, and a deep respect for how the other works.
In the years that followed, that partnership evolved. We kept circling the same conversation: What if we built something of our own? Something focused. Craft-led. Designed for speed, clarity, and real collaboration. Collaboration that thrives when you shoot for the moon but have a trajectory.
One cold afternoon, over a couple beers, we finally said it out loud:
